Zischagge style helmet
17th Century Zischagge style helmet. This helmet looks like it was upgraded from a
Dutch pot helmet, possible after it was damaged in battle because it has a repair patch of steel
on the inside lower left side. It also had different cheek plates but were changed to hinged
versions. These changes were probably made for an officer's personal taste.
Overall good condition for it's age.
